I pay for Page Builder Pro - Agency Renewal display as expected on my "Joomshaper Dashboard" I add credentials on the "Licence & Update" Tab I clear joomla cache i clear browser cache When editing with SPB, full features are not available, when pointing blocks, it displays a message "add email & licence key" 2 of your support agent told me that my email is not associate with a joomshaper acc. I proove them the contrary sending screenshots..... I really feel alone in the desert here.... Story starts 23H ago...last post from you guys was 11H ago....
