How do i add an attachment or screenshot? This new system doesn't seem to have that option..

Believe it or not, my system doesn't have the paper clip icon! The last icon i can see is the Toggle preview one?

Thx. Now tell me when this error appears - after login to admin area? Are you able to update Joomla from Joomla Admin area? If not, Please download : https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla3/3-9-24/Joomla_3-9-24-Stable-Update_Package.zip?format=zip

unzip and upload all files, or upload zip file and unzip on server. It will update Joomla. It should help.

Yes it happens immediately after i login. Though i can be able to navigate to all other areas of the CMS apart from the control panel page
