Hello, yes I understand the Mega Menu what I do not understand is when I setup the mega menu and is submenus, save this and then return it does not retain these settings. I have added a video recording from my site (to the private content area) showing the setup of the mega menu, saving, then reopening the menu settings, but nothign is displayed and I have to start again, and now in the row elements, my sub mneu items have disappeared.

I would have expected to setup the mega menu options, then if i needed to modify, for instance, the number of columns I would be able to opne up the settings and change the number of columns, or anything else for that matter?

Does the video now make my question understandable?

Thanks for the screencast. Please download the site backup from the hidden content and check on your localhost. Also, if possible, then check with another hosting. I have not found the issue on the localhost.

Hello, thanks for the reply, Do I understand then that you do not experience the same issue I do when trying to reopen the mega menu editor on a localhost version? Do you have any idea what settings I could have on the hosting server or within php that may cause this issue?

Sorry, I don't know what causing the issue. But on the localhost, it works just fine. Maybe there are cache issues on the server that does not update the settings. Please contact your hosting provider about this.

If have the same issue, and the Mega Menu works on Joomla 3, but not Joomla 4.

I reported the same exact issue in a new question. As Ginger Garnitz point out everytime I close and re-open the mega menu options in the template it does not have the settings saved.
