Mail form won't send

Hi guys,

I have a little problem when using the Form Builder in SPPB (I'm using the new Page Template "Business Consultancy")

The form won't send - I belive that I've set everything correctly - but you never know :)

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access and the specific page link here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Hi Ofi Khan,

when checking my mailbox it turns out that the mails are being sent from the form - but the strange thing is, that on the form, the "wheel" keeps spinning for a very long time after you have pressed "send".

I'll send you the credentials in a short while...

Thanks for the access. I have checked and found the issue.

  1. If you use Cloudfare SSL, then turn off Rocket Loader.
  2. Also turn off mod_security from cPanel.

Hopefully, this will solve the issue.

Hi,

  1. I don't use Cloudfare SSL (Unless Siteground uses it - anyway I have no access)
  2. Siteground don't use cPanel - so I can't access that either

But you say you found the issue - but the cure is something I can try - What is the issue?

Please contact your hosting provider and let them know this message appear while i try to send message using form builder.

Could not instantiate mail function.
