Left Toolbar Page Builder Frontend Isn't Showing

Hello
I'm on Pagebuilder 3.7.9 and when I want to edit a page on frontend and press the "pencil" (edit button) in frontpage then the left toolbar disapears and just leaves a gray column.
It only happens at this particular website... Should I just try to re-upload the latest version?

As I tested it with 3 different browsers so it couldn't be a browser isue...

Accepted AnswerWe are getting this problem that is causing this. If we want to go to another editor then it just loads our front end editing with a 404 page.
