I have been provided a design from a component named JBusinessDirectory this component came with SP Page builder designs I would like to copy this design and install it onto another site, I do recall when we were researching that you had a video where a specific design could could be downloaded as a JSON file? and uploaded else where?

I have included the access credentials in the hidden content that you can use to access the following links.

The template that came with JBusinessDirectory is called J-Directory - Default it is located here : https://communitymarketplace.ca/administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&view=style&layout=edit&id=25

This layout is used in the front page of https://communitymarketplace.ca I would like to copy this design to other sites I own, and move the template design immediately to icanhero.com

I would like to be abke to download these designs ( as I think I saw in your SP PAGE builder training ) and use them as uploadable desings for a multi site system I am working on, please advise ASAP

Hi Christopher,

From Template options you can export-import only basic settings - Template Layout structure, Typo settings, Logo etc. - yes.

but as I checked so far, in 2nd website you have totally different logo, but Layout grid is this same. If on 1st website you used custom.css file - you have to copy it to 2nd website using FTP tool.

If you talk about Pages design from Sp Page Builder - you can also Export-Import them, one by one. All is/was described in documenation, yes it's based on .json files >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/export-import-and-save-how-to-reuse-custom-designs

As you see those are basic tasks but time-consuming belongs to the website webmaster/owner. I hope now is all clear.

I would like to know how to download the template as a package from CommunityMarketplace.ca called : J-Directory - Default

so I can unload it to other sites, I need it copied to icanhero.com ASAP, I have had months of issues with your component that we have just started to sort out

Please advise, if I am not able to download J-Directory - Default as a Zip package than I at least want it copied to iCanhero.com

J-Directory - -- this is question for its developer/seller (cmsjunkie . com)- not us. We don't have template package from them. Evidence from your site:

About copy template from site A to site B.

  1. If you made customizations inside template code - you have to install orginal template and using FTP upload changed files only. Then from Template Options > Advanced Export & Import .json file
  2. If you haven't touch anything in template source code just install template package and then from Template Options > Advanced> Export & Import .json file.

If you want to transfer whole site - use Akeeba Backup with its built-in installer. Guide: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/backup-and-restore-your-joomla-site-with-akeeba-backup

My Dear friend,

I really need to you take care of this, and make it finctional as it was intended - I have been screwed around by your component and support for months and enough is enough.

Please fix things as thay are supposed to be, DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE TINGS TO TRY!!! its been MONTHS!!! ( I need you to do it because of about 25 sites I need to repair duw to this nonsense )

This template design from communitymarketplace.ca needs be the same on iCANHERO.com
The template from communitymarketplace.ca called J-Directory and was built with your SP PAGE builder so please don't dismiss this request as it being done by a different firm!!!!

I have had my hosting company that confirmed the move of a copy of the template from communitymarketplace.ca to iCANHERO.com and they have no idea why things are broken (we followed your instructions)

The J-Directory layout from communitymarketplace needs to be the same the iCANHERO page https://icanhero.com/index.php/directory and the iCANHERO Menu needs to appear there as well

I want to upload the design from www.communitymarketplace.ca home page and upload the design to a this page https://icanhero.com/index.php/directory/

The entire point of me investment in this component is to utilize this temlace save and upload feature... Please execute this ASAP, this is redicoulous that it is taking this long to see this work
