I hope it will be fixed in SPPB 4.0.2 or 4.0.3

  1. What template? please check also on Joomla Default one.
  2. What Joomla version?
  3. From what folder?

Please always give us more details, otherwise it's like walking in the war fog.

Thanks for details. Correct me if I am wrong, the problem is only when you browse in "Folders" and use red DELETE button.
