Media Manager - Files Will Not Delete

When I click delete on the media manager to remove incorrect files, they remain on the site. I have cleared cache and tried a private browser. When I try to delete them again, clicking "delete" just spins and the window never goes away.

Accepted AnswerHi, Same problem! I do not understand ... integrate AI but one simple media manager not working normaly... Media manager Image section is full billion 404 not exist images and svg... And not all webhosting allow multiple call 404.. because imediatley ban damn cPanel..
