Hi, I am used to SP Page Builder 3.8.8 and updated to SP PB 4.0.0 then to 4.0.3 on a local site to check if everything was running fine. I noticed that when using the image carousel to show various images, it its impossible to open the file "Folders" when trying to add a picture. The following messages are shown "No Icon found" then "Loadind" and then the administration page is changed after a short while and it becomes impossible to save it or to do anything with it. The site is running under Joomla 4.1.5, Helix Ultimate 2.0.10, php 8.1. The URL of the "commercial" site is https://www.randouveze.fr Is this issue already known and do you have any idea how to solve this issue. Best regards,

Guy84000

I think you have forgotten to attach the images. Please share the screenshots. Also, share the console error when you see the blank page. Inspect Element -> Check Console and take a screenshot.

Yes I have experienced the same kind of issue also on a local site, unable to access the "Folders" folder and then having the editor locked out. I looks as the SPPB 4 has some serious isses with the Media page when using local development. Have tried it with both Wampserver and XAMPP, same issue with both. At present SPPB 4 is virtually unuseable on a localhost development site. I did raise this on this forum a few days ago but have so far not received any response from SPPB developers.

In response to your request, you will find below four screencasts. The first one showing what I see when trying to add a picture, the second one the next step, etc. The last one is the final result showing that it’s impossible to do anything. Please note that the same problem occurred on the "commercial" site when I updated SP PB from 3.8.8 to 4.0.1. I then reinstalled a copy of the "commercial" site with SP PB 3,8,8 to avoid this issue. Thanks for your help! I hope it will work but I don't know how to add a document to this message

This is the result of what you suggested. For your information, I reinstalled SPPB before this attempt but unsuccessfully. You can find the screenshots on this URL https://www.randouveze.fr/images/SPPB02-2.docx Regards, GS
