Helix Ultimate And SP Page Builder Pro

I have SP Page builder Pro installed and can edit that as I wish, but I need to make a change to the Helix Ultimate framework, myu problem is that i cannot get a menu to endit this to appear.
It seemd that SP Page Builder is 'stopping' this menu from appearing.
I have tried this, and am seeing the same under both Firefox and Edge.
Any suggestions?

make sure that "Menu" position exist if you are using custom header, its common mistake.
And Left menu from SPPB 4 can be moved (use mouse) from Left side to right etc.

Thanks for that, and I should have been clearer in my question, as this is not the menu I mean.
It is the Helix menu that is show on the page that I cannot get into. This menu does not appear, although the one for SP Page Builder does.
This means that the top of my site cannot be changed at the moment. Neither can the footer
