SP Page Builder Module Edit Issues

Hi
I'm experiencing an issue on one of my sites with SP Page Builder: www.dynamic-tech.com
After updating to the latest version and got the following warning:
According to Extension manager the latest version of SP Page Builder Component is installed:
The issue I'm experiencing is with my Page builder Modules, I have modules setup for the page headings and after the update the background images are missing:
I tried to edit the modules, but as soon as I edit the module is empty: https://www.dynamic-tech.com/sp-page-builder-images/module.jpg
Joomla 3.10.11 SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.8
Please assist with getting this working again
