Hi, Sorry the problem is still there. My apologies, I should have said that the live template is not the Helix version. The site has since gone live, the url to get to the template is https://www.tjspizzeria.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_ajax&helix=ultimate&id=10 the same username and password that I sent will still work
