Feature Box Icon Empty Link

On our site https://valor.mspwebsite.com, we have feature boxes with linked Icons to each service page. When running an ADA complaince tool those icons come back as empty links becuase there is no text in them. Is there a way to fix this without removing the link from the icon? The link is directly connected to the Icons, also if there is a way to add alt text to the icons that would also solve the issue.
