New Installation Not Working As Expected

Hello, I just did a new install with version 4.0.5. I'm using it on a new joomla 4 version 4.2.3 site. When creating a new page, it doesn't start with a blank page, it loads the home page and adds to it. Also, after clicking save, it does not create the page. Please see site and login info below.

Yes, I can log in. If you give me permission then I can take the backup, sometimes we need to check some issues in our localhost.
