I have searched the forum but found nothing to my probelm!

I have worked through all the instructions for "SPPB Disable Google Fonts". I've installed the font 'Open Sans' local, created a custom.css with the local paths (incl. body {font-family: 'Open Sans';}).....

Despite all attempts, I find via DevTools in the <head>

<link href="//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open Sans:100,100i,300,300i,400,400i,500,500i,700,700i,900,900i&subset=latin&display=swap" rel="stylesheet" media="all" onload="media="all"" type="text/css">

Is this line coming from SPPB and how can I turn it off? Have a lok at https://www.sd-m.de

Hi.

Check the settings of your template. Perhaps the google fonts are connected there.

Hi Chriss!

Sorry for your experience.

Did you follow Pavel's instruction, please?

However, would you please have a look into the following links to see if they help?

Disabling the Google Fonts and setting the typography in the options to a default font like Arial or Helvetica and setting the css classes manually helped.

I know that here in Germany we have special rules for the GDPR and understand that you can not implement all the special features directly.

I would like to have a little comfort, for example by deactivating the Google Fonts and uploading local fonts. This would be good for the German DSGVO problem and worldwide for all who want to use local fonts or or avoid goggle. Elementor for wordpress has solved this very well.

Thanks!
