SPPB 4 Problem After Upgrade

Hello after updating SPPB4 I can't edit the pages anymore. I only have an empty page that opens. I can create new pages but I can't import layouts. The button doesn't work. I can't edit pages created with the previous version of SPPB. In some browsers I get a JS error message "non-js.... deprecated file" Please help me.
PHP 7.4.20 Apache/2.4.25 Joomla! 3.10.11 Stable Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable Tested on Firefox and Chrome

Having no news I uninstalled sppb4 to return to version 3 I manage several sites and the problem did not occur on one of them which had been made with the lite version of SPPB 3. By deduction, I think there is a problem with one of the addons of the Pro version that I have been using for a few months. You should work on this side.

Please take our sincere apology for the delay. We don't recommend to upgrade sp page builder 4 in production site without testing it in staging site. ( Besides, downgrade to sppb 3 from sppb 4 is also not recommended). But we are really happy that your site is working fine now. No worries , you will get support and updates of sppb 3 upto 2023. Can you tell us because of which addon you faced the difficulty? It will help us to fix.
