Menu Adjustment

Template 3 years ago

Hi....I'm using the Newsberg Template and I wanted to add a thin white to separate the main menu items as we had on our old site. Can you advise?

I've included links in the hidden content.

Many thanks!

Use this one

.sp-megamenu-parent .sp-dropdown li.sp-menu-item>a, .sp-megamenu-parent .sp-dropdown li.sp-menu-item span:not(.sp-menu-badge){
    border-right: 2px solid transparent !important;
        }

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. Use this custom CSS

.sp-megamenu-parent>li a{
        border-right: 2px solid #fff !important;
}

Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

-Regards.

Thanks Mehtaz......but it's only put them in on some of the menu items. Others don't have them.

And it's also included them in the sub menu links which looks very odd.

See link.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Please delete my previous CSS and use this custom CSS.

.sp-megamenu-parent>li>a, .sp-megamenu-parent>li>span{
     border-right: 2px solid #fff !important;
}

Thanks Mehtaz.....all main menu items have the white bar, but submenu items have them as well.

We don't want that because it looks very odd.

Can we have the fix just to show them on the mainmenu and not submenu items?

Thanks Mehtaz.....but it's made no difference! Sub menu items still have the white bar.

The dropgown width of the submenus has been changed to 300.....not sure if that makes any difference?
