SP Builder Error

Hi Support,
We are getting some issue with sp builder on template keynote v4.
Very slow or hang when saving a page and sometime I getting an error message: to contact sp page builder team.
Can you please look into this issue urgently

Accepted AnswerSPPB4? got a similar problem after updating pb 3 to pb 4. The addons hardly responds and coudn't save. After leaving the page it I saw the server page instead of a joomla page.

Accepted Answeryes SPPB4, cannot save a page, it hang, issue with color picker, it wont load. did you get any solution?

Accepted AnswerNo, I have send them a backup so they can take a look. Did you update from PB3 or was it a fresh PB4 installation?
