Convert A Page To Article

I created a page with a table that needs ro be converted into an article. I have tried to save the table as addon with name but i can't retrieve it
i also tried to copy from the page the table but I cannot paste it onto the article.
There is a simple way to solve this problem? Thank you. Joomla 4, template Folium

Why you cannot save addon or Row and reuse it? As I know it works. I use those features every single day.

Accepted AnswerAnd of course Article must have SPPB integration enabled. Otherwise you cannot use SPPB inside Articles.

Accepted AnswerThank you for the suggestion. Integration is enable, of course, for both SPPB and Template. The integration works well. Pages and articles behavior, under certain conditions, is sligtly different. Articles, as in my case, can show in a better way a side menu (I have a complex menu to show other than the Main Menu). When I use the page instead, the menu is shown very bad. This is the reason why.
