Open Image In Lightbox Not Working

Hi All,
By some reason open image in lightbox is not working on my website. Nither "image overlay" nor "image". The same problem is with modal popup - it works perfectly in the builder, but it's not working on website - a button just doesn't respond, the window doesn't pop up.
Could you please help me?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. The problem occurred for your template causes. You can check it with the Joomla default Template protostar.

Accepted AnswerThey do not respond, I assume they are out. Btw, Quix support is fixing such issues, it would be great to get the same level of the support from you to be able move on SPPB finaly. Especcialy, taking into account how long it took us to solve the previous problem. Moreover, same features on Quix are working despite the fact I'm using the same template.
