Hi Basalee,

Call to Action is old addon, not supported anymore, it was used only inside SPPB till v2.5.4. Please use Feature addon instead, rebuild / replace addons. Feature addon has this same features as CTA, even more.

Do not use CTA addon on your pages anymore!
