SPPB Pro And Helix Ultimate Returns Error Page On Front End

Installed SP Page Builder Pro v3 and Helix Ultimate 2.
Helix Ultimate designated as default template.
Working in SPPB Pro3, I imported a template on a new page, saved, and added as a menu item. However the front end now displays this message on a white background:
"Failed opening required '/home/artbillofrights/(website name)/layouts/comingsoon.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php80/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php80/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php')"
If I go to Template Options in Helix Ultimate, I get the same message as above.
After making an additional new page in SPPB3 and deleting the previously made SPPB3 pages, same error as shown above.
I then deleted SPPB3 and worked with Ultimate and I get this error on the front side: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
The only sane thing to do at this discouraging development was to uninstall both SPPB3 and Ultimate.
Now I'm back to where I started.

This site has been on Joomla since 2011 and I have no idea what extraneous stuff lurks inside. I was getting too many errors as I proceeded with SPPB and Ultimate so I decided to move to a simplier, less sophisticated template just to get it live as soon as I could.
I'll try Helix Ultimate and SPPB3 or 4 on a site I create from scratch as soon as I complete the aforementioned task and with get back to you with any issues that arise. :)
