Remove Phone No, Email, Social Buttons

Hi there. Am using the Wayne Corp template and can't seem to get rid of the following:

  1. The phone no. and email which appears on the top left above the menu bar
  2. the social buttons on the bottom right.

Content of "top1" - should be from Template Options - Basic - Contact
