Hi There,

I've several questions opened for one week with no reply at all, and regarding the same subject, the v.4 Joomla uptate for the template OneClip

Hi Mehtaz,

I'm waiting for the support team for more than one week to reply to any of my tickets. Sorry but this it is not acceptable.

I hope that this next week I will get solutions to the problems I'm having with the OneClip template in my websites.

Hi Mehtaz, sorry but I'm not understanding your reply.

I have that 2 tickets open without any reply for 2 weeks. And if you see, the support team is replying new tickets with one day or just a few hours.

I'm desperated waiting here for (I believe) simple solutions.

What do I need to get them? open tickets everyday remember that nobody is taking my tickets?

This is not acceptable, sorry.

Team will help when? it passed 3 weeks.

Sorry but this is not acceptable. I'll wait for a quick reply, and if necessary, I'll open new tickets everyday until I get a reply from someone.

Maybe I need to review the rating/ feedback about the product and service of Joomshapper, because it looks like I'm getting a support like someone who doesn't have any payment
