Sp Builder Seems To have Issues

i installed the pro version of pagebuilder i have issues i cannot add layouts i get a white popup that loads for ever.... and i can not add modules in sections and other options dont work tried 3.8 version it worked fine but the key is invalid for it? can please someone see whats hapening? I reinstalled latest version but the issues are still there

Did you upgrade from 3.8 to 4.x?
If so, then the only thing you can do is to restore a backup.
Based on the posts here in the forum, a migration from 3.8 to 4.x only works in the rarest of cases.
If this is not the case, it may help to contact the support team via chat.
