Issues With Magnin Quickstart

Hi

I have download the quickstart for Magnin template. Running on Xampp - any receiving the below issue where navigating to the default:

Failed opening required 'C:\xampp2\htdocs\components\com_sppagebuilder\parser./../helpers/helper.php' (include_path='C:\xampp2\php\PEAR')
