I am Using Helix Ultimate to build a new website and have chosen the Header Layout "Fullwidth Left". I want to have Logo, Menu, Socal and Contact all on the same line. Do I need to alter the header.php to get this and if yes can you provide one for me?

Can you show as an example screenshot of what you want to achieve, please?

If you want something outside of the preheader styles, you need to create custom Header and do customization in the way you wish. Here is a doc about custom header:
