====================== I CAN'T USE THE PRODUCT AGAIN ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This is so fucken frustrating ! I am really getting pissed off. Every few weeks I get into this same problem. I reported this several times and JOOMSHAPER has done nothing to fix this !~

I create a page, got to the PAGE BLOCKS and despite I have a paid license for one year it asks me to pay, so it does not recognize it ! This happened already a dozen o times !

I make changes in the Helix template and they are not updated in the site (Despite I cleared Joomla cache, browser cache (F-fox), temp files etc.) I have asked for help regarding this several times and it has not been resolved.

IT IS A NIGHTMARE.

I explained in my first message I cleared CACHE and everything that could be cleared and it did not fix the problem. Amazingly it works today. You must have done something on your end. Whie this is fixed -- I have to say I really cannot live with the fear that one day it will stop working again, as it already did several times ! I cannot afford to pay for the product and suddenly not being able to use it. On top of that you should offer a discounts for those who cannot use the product for more than 1 hour, because people simply loose time and money, while paying you for something that they cannot fully use.

YOU REALLY MUST FIX THOSE BUGS. As you see for other messages, this happens to many users and it happens not the first time.

I have the same. I just bought a license, but no matter what I try, the blocks always seems to be paid extra. I thought it was included in the license... at least that is what is says before you buy it.

Yes, I installed the Page Builder Pro Yes I cleared the cache I even tried on another laptop I tried with another browser

all giving me the same result

I discussed this also with 1 of your coworkers through the website chat-module. I sended screenshots. They had no answer than put it here on the forum

I understand your frustration. But believe me, they are simply Joomla administrative cache this time. Webmasters frequestly facec this not only with our products but with any digital products. Not everyone faces this, so it is not a definite bug of SPPB in this case. I apologize for any inconvenience again.
