Page Background Issues

So my page background (in Helix template) is set to light blue. When I open SPB Editor I can see it blue as well, but when I test created page the background turns white. Any ideas why this might happening ?
I am also using RS-Forms and the background on those forms is white as well. Why the background is not inherited from the template ?

Accepted AnswerI am getting really frustrated. I reported this problem more than 3 months ago multiple times. Similar problems happen on another site. So far nobody bothered to spend time to figure out what is wrong.
I have another website where for example page numbers do not inherit assigned colors making everything super ugly and non-professional.
I also posted site credentials and doesn't seem like anybody from JOOMSHAPER has even bothered to login to check,...
