I just upgraded to the new page builder pack and I get a lot of bugs.

  1. Main page slider does not work (completely disappeared).
  2. Hamburger menu in english is deformed.
  3. Component itself is rarely working properly ****

You are not understanding the soultion. You cannot load main menu in the offcanvas for English. Beause it has mega menu items. It will not look good. You have to show another menu for the offcanvas for English. For Spanish, there is the same thing. A different menu is loaded on Spanish offcanvas. You have to do the same for English offcanvas. You have a menu called "English". I have loaded it on the offcanvas module. But the menu does not have menu items except one. So, add other menu items and then it will show in the offcanvas. You may check the Spanish menu for the offcanvas as reference.

Hi Marat. Tip - restore from a backup. I hope you made it before the update. Do not update to SPPB 4 -this has many bugs. Follow the forum.

I do not understand. I buy product and it has defects and developers say use backup? No, I had no problems in any aspect. I'm going to ask for a refund of the purchase and fire on Trustpilot

Marat in all fairness we are all supposed to make sure to backup our sites before ANY updates of ANY extension, module template etc. In the case of incompatability issues or bugs. No software is fool proof.

I am not part of the Joomshaper team so this response is not a reflection of thier thoughts.

Same here! The newest build is awful. I am going back to Quix. The removal of the ability to tweak mobile layouts in the builder was an awful idea, its a deal breaker for me. Requesting a refund and going back to Quix.

But in the menu, you have only one item. Thus the offcanvas shows only one menu item. You have to add more items in the menu. Then it will show them.

I do NOT want to appear to be a terrorist customer and ask for a refund but your actions do their own thing. But please give support for once.

I was a fan of their product for many years and administrators can see. But upgrading to new version is chaotic. I am being stood up.
