Use this custom CSS and set the background color which you want to set

}

Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

If I add that code it always stays like this the daily night color change button stops working. The idea is that when it changes to night dark background the titles are blank

It should not affect by my CSS beacuse that CSS code only change background color nothing else.

Your text color is dark that;s why when you have used the dark mode it does not showing the text. Please use a different color for text or use a bright color for background.

Suggest me a color to change in the heading text because on a white background if I change it to something clear, it can't be read, I can't find the solution

First clear me that which background color do you want? Do you want to set it darker or lighter? If you want to set dark background color then you have to choose light text color. OR if you want to set light background color then you have to choose dark text color. Its actually vise versa. Its your choice.
