Accepted AnswerHi, According to Support Policy - we don't install Quickstart nor Joomla on user server. In most companies this is extra paid service.
We assume that users should have at least basic expirence with Joomla. But I can help if you have problems during installation.

Thanks Paul for your assisstance. I did follow carefully the instructions that you sent to me and I had the following complete settings
But when I click on the "install" button in the last step the installation stopping at certain point by displaying the following unclear message
I don't really what is the problem here and I don't know what to do.
I wonder if you can familar with such an issue during the installation process?

But what message? I don't see any screenshot link nor text.
You also forgot to tell me about what Quickstart we are talking about.
