Display Shadow Behind The Row

Hello We want to add shadow on menu and some other sections, but when we add the required shadow effect it is displaying over the next row or item. Pleawe review the shadow on the menu by visitng the link below. https://twincityint.com/jonasclark/index.php
Please guide me how can we display it behind the next item or row.

Accepted AnswerHi Patrick. You should add shadow for #sp-header selector and set z-index to 1. Then remove shadow for #sp-header.header-sticky selector and return z-index to 9999
