Where is Support?

I have two support questions that have gone unanswered. One was posted 4 days ago with no help, I deleted it and reposted it. Can someone PLEASE look at them. If you can't do anything so be it but at least I will know.

Right?!?! I don't get it, they are either overloaded with support questions or there is something bigger going on. It is concerning.
