You have customized a module here: templates/shaper_opus/html/mod_custom/numbers.php

and the error is coming from this custom module. Sorry, we do not provide customization support. You have to fix the issue by yourself. In general, it has not caused by our product.

no module has been modified. Can you restore it to the original?

Please delete mod_custom folder from templates/shaper_opus/html/mod_custom/numbers.php and check the issue.
