Hi,

In SP Page Builder 4.0.5 I can't save the page.

Could you help me;

Joomla Version: 3.10.11 Stable PHP Version: 7.4.33

If I need to pay you extra money to fix my problem, you can just ask me.

Otherwise you should suggest me a solution.

1 month ago you successfully served me in a similar problem via VPN as can be seen through the relevant ticket and I even left you 2 excellent reviews.

What has changed now and you're telling me you can't log in via vpn?

If I send you a copy of the website can you fix the problem that way?

Only through VPN you will be able to connect. Since you have told me that you are no longer able to connect via VPN, you can download a copy of the website backed up by Akeeba Backup from the link below.

Unfortunately it still doesn't save. As soon as I hit save, the save symbol loops endlessly but never completes saving the page. Same even if I hit save and close.

I check it live. I'm not using a local Server. The live server is in Plesk.

I connected to the demo you posted and as far as I can see I can save the pages normally via page builder. So now it's working normally? Has the problem been fixed?

If the problem is fixed, will you send me a copy of the fixed webpage?

I didn't apply for any additional work. I just installed the backup on my hosting and it works fine. I think your hosting server blocked loading the resources of Page Builder scripts. Thanks

Shouldn't Page Builder also work through Plesk Hosting? It is one of the most popular hosting management environments.

Could you as builders provide technical support and connect to my server to see why on Plesk server Page Builder can't save?

The problem might have been solved if you had connected to the server in the first place to see personally what the problem is.

On the same server, the page builder in version 3.8.9 works normally, but not in version 4.

There is no bindings to use plesk hosting with our product. You can check it fresh Joomla and Page Builder 4. Thanks

In my Server (Plesk) the problem was caused by the activation of some Mod_security (Web Application Firewall) security rules.

Mod_security is the CMS-level firewall that examines the requests made to the server and categorizes them as malicious or not.

Through Plesk's error logs, the rule is recorded as well as its ID, where the cause of the error was.

So I added a rule (ID) from the Web Application Firewall to the Security rules IDs field

ATTENTION: In case there is more than one exception, add the IDs below each other and not next to each other, no commas, no spaces.

NOTE : There is a chance that the change will appear online within 60 minutes.
