Hello,
Is it possible to reinstall sp page builder 3 instead of sp page builder 4 which is very difficult to use ?

in theory yes, but if you edited some pages with SPPB 4.0x they may not work in SPPB 3.x editor.
- Make full website backup
- Delete this folder : components\com_sppagebuilder\addons
- Install SPPB 3.8.9 (yes, still can be downloaded)
If you have database backup if may be useful in case of....
