Your support is going in circles - also on facebook I have read that many other users of SPPB also like it - very many are dissatisfied since version 4.0.8 - no answers there either.

Unfortunately, you are also not able to help further - there is no answer from you or you refer, as in this case, to a post that was also no longer answered.

If you want to be helped, then work with your users - it's frustrating to have to explain over and over again what doesn't work, then when explained what doesn't work not getting an answer as well.
