Can't Not Trash Or Delete Pages.

Version 4.0.10. I have multiple pages. Some pages are for testing only. I am trying to delete them, via Trash option. But although the status changes to Trashed, with a refresh of the screen the status is back to unpublished!

But as @Rashida said, I also made test on my private demo site, and all trashed pages just gone from the list. So it's hard to say/guess why it happends on your site.
By now the only advice I have for you is... delete that page using Database manager, PHPMyAdmin or similar.
