Mega Menu Drop Down Not Working On Home Screen

I have 2 mega menu that expand on hover but for some reason they will not expand on the home page. All other pages they drop normally on hover.

indeed weird.
Please for testing purpose: DISABLE CSS and JS compression, Clear cache in JCH_Optimize and test again.
If will help, reduce compression lever a little bit, and test again.

Accepted AnswerI have both DISABLE CSS and JS Compression already turned off. Cleared Cached and retested, Then disabled JCH Optimize completley and retested and still getting having same issue.
