Off Canvas Menu Not Showing For Mobile

Hello,
I noticed that the off canvas menu for mobile is not working (Menu with the 3 lines). I did research in the forums to try and fix the issue but was not successfull. I am sure it is a simple fix. I did update the website to Joomla 4.X.X.
I also created a account in case you need to log in.
