Pagebuilder Not Recognizing Pro Version

Hi,

When I try to save a section or column, I cannot because I get a message "available in Pro Version". I am using the pro version and I have double checked my credentials.

Is it possible to even save a column?

Thanks, now I see... this is Column, not Section (row). You cannot save columns!

  1. Save Rows >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-4/export-import-and-save-for-later-use

so may suggestion would be: or save all addons one by one, or save whole row, and then paste and move addons from it.

To be honest, no problem on my side.

I was able to save Addon and Row (Section) without any problems. Firefox

Maybe check from different browser - to be sure.

I can save the row, it's just that left column I want to save. i have to repeat it on all the articles listed in the column.

I don't know if that is possible. I couldn't find anything about it in documentation. I want to save it and insert it like in other pages.

Maybe try clearing the site cache. I had a similar problem and doing that resolved it

Problem with SPPB not recognizing you use PRO version is well known since I started using this product. Every new update brings the risk. Things like this had happened to me several times. So far the only solution was to completely uninstall the extension, do some clean up and reinstall newer version. Huge waste of time but it worked for me.

Sorry, but this is bad idea! Do you know that you risk uninstalling database tables. This is not turn computer off/on.


@Oliver indeed, I was able to Save addon, Save section, but now Dina talk about something else. So I have to wait for screenshot or video.
