No menu displays on iPhones (probably all cellphones). I even turned on the hamburger menu. The admin area displays it when I test for cellphone however ... and when I drag the frontend screen down to cell phone size, it displays

and yes, I tested on my Android phone (default browser) and [=] menu was visible as well.
