Sections Library Joomla 4

  • Installed new Joomla 4 website with SPpage Builder.
  • WithOUT the License email address and key, the Sections Library loads but can't use becuase it asks for the email and key.
  • When I put in my email and key, the Sections Library doesn't load.
  • Please assist.

Hi there!

Sorry for your issue.

I have just checked and all is working fine at my end.

Can I have a screenshot of where and how you have put your email and license key? Your license key is located in your JoomShaper Dashboard, and it should be 32 characters long.

Would you please have a look into the documentation to see if you have done everything?

On my SP Page Builder there is no "options" on the pages page. There is a "settings" which asks for email and key.

I don't know how to add screenshots here.
