Can't Access Page Builder Templates Or Sections On Some Of Our Sites

Hi, we have lost access to your templates and sections with a few of our sites. Get a 403 error for:

/administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=ajax&format=json&callback=pre-page-list

Type xhr

This has happened on both Joomla v3 and v4. We run the same configuration for all of our sites.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Can I have a screenshot of the error, please? Did you mean Layout bundles?

However, would you please recheck and re-enter if your email and license key are well placed in the SPPB settings?

Re-entered the license info with no affect. And yes the layout bundles and prebuilt sections. Just get the spinner as shown in the image via link below:
