Page Backup On Database Or Somewhere

SP Page Builder 2 years ago
I was working on a page and made some minor corrections (spelling and adding a comma to a text block) Saved the page and made sure it was correct by preview. No issues and closed the browser.

I come back about 6 hours later and "poof" the page is gone. I exported the page to see if there was a error in there? The JSON was totally blank, like I did not do anything for the past few months working on it. I checked on the rest of my other pages and it's their working fine, but I exported them just in case.

So, my question is there some sort of backup inside SP pagebuilder to check to see if the old version is still in there?

Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Did you save before left? Or did you added any script inside the raw HTML addon? Or tell me what exactly have you made changes there.

So, my question is there some sort of backup inside SP pagebuilder to check to see if the old version is still in there?

Sorry. There is no backup.

-Thanks

Yes I saved before I left. But it seems that what ever I changed FUBARD the JSON. Luckely I was able to have the bluehost company bring a recent backup back up and I had it come back online. So I made my changes again, saved and it worked. But this time I exported my page for backup purposes.

I have noticed since I did this issue, I do have a long time for the page to save (if I make any changes) and let it sit there for at least 30 seconds to make sure it saves. if not, then I run into the blank page again. (Yes I know this maybe due to the DB conection with my provider and were working on that. )

But in the mean time, there a way your program may have some kind of last-before-good backup to not run into this issue?

Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? And tell me your page name. Thanks
