my template wont work or show. this error gives me always in from page. How to fix?

Need some suport I have instaled everything correct, but my site doesnt show. just all black with this text in center 0 syntax error, unexpected token "\" Waiting feedack

Hello working on localhost xampp and already try wamp its the quickstart packege joomla Joomls Esports_quickstart_j3 thats what i buy 99usd never works page all black php 5.2.0

Recommendation is to use PHP 7.4 now.
