sp builder editor do not work

Good morning
I can't work with the SPbuilder editor
When I open the page, the program does not load (see photo)

Hi,

FIRST:

  1. Update Joomla from 4.0.2 to Joomla 4.3.2
  2. Update SP Page Builder component from v3.8.0 to v3.8.10

Then clear browser cache and Check again, if will not help - let me know.

Sorry, but it's your duty to make updates regularly, at least once every few months!
We cannot support versions from 2021 year! Support Policy.

Désolé, mais il est de votre devoir de faire des mises à jour régulières, au moins tous les deux mois. Nous ne pouvons pas prendre en charge les versions de l'année 2021! C'est pourquoi il faut d'abord mettre à jour, puis nous pouvons aider.

i've upgrade joomla to 4.0.4 , SPB to 3.8.9 and it's ok

Joomla 4.0.4 - was also published in 2021.

Now we have June 2023 - and Joomla 4.3.2 was published in May 2023.

Just in case you forgot to check ;p
