SP Page Builder 2 years ago

Hello everyone,

I see white pages after upgrading the Page Builder to 4.0.10. Every page I open using Page Builder, is white with no message error.

The Joomla version is 4.0.3 and the template is the Shaper_cuisine 2.0.0.

Could anyone help me?

Thank in advance, Irini

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to disable strict MIME type checking. This allows the script to be executed regardless of the MIME type. However, keep in mind that this might have security implications, so exercise caution.

Hello dear Ofi,

we informed hosting provider about disabling the strict MIME type checking and they made the following changes in my.cnf file:

sql_mode=NO_ZERO_IN_DATE,NO_ZERO_DATE,ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION sql_mode= sql_mode=""

without luck :(

Is there anything else we can do to make work the Page builder?

Thank you, Irini

Hello dear Ofi,

do you have any other idea about the problem we face with Page Builder? We have lost too many work days with this!

Thank you, Irini

Of course it doesn't help more than a week ago! I tried it myself and i had to create the site from the scratch! So, Joomshaper's support doesn't help me at all!

Have a good day
