Why On Earth is Helix Ultimate 2.0.13 Still Containing SPPB 3.8?

Hi,
Why on earth does Helix Ultimate 2.0.13 still containing SPPB 3.8 when the template works on PHP 8 and Joomla 4.3.1? This is the main cause of all your problems. The developers lack competency in Quality Delivery.
When is this template going to updated?

Template package doesn't contain any component, only QuickStart may!
And yes, QS will be updated in July. Thanks for reminder.
For advanced webmasters we always suggest those steps:
- Install raw Joomla 4.x
- Install SPPB 5.0.x component
- Install Helix Ultimate template package
- Install Akeeba Backup component
- Configure everything and add real content.
BTW
SPPB 5.0.x stable was published last week, not last month or year.

Accepted AnswerYes. I was refering to Quick Start for Helix Ultimate. It contains the SPPB version 3.8 which gives problem when i upgrade to SPPB 4.0.11 which was the latest at the point. Now i used SPPB 5.01 it appear (repeat, it appears) to be working.
I cannot accept your answer as it did not address the problem. I want to use the QS version but you suggest the template package.
Never mind. Sigh! (And we just bought the Agency version)

Accepted AnswerIf you're Joomla webmaster for longer than a few months, you don't need QS. It's for a very beginners only.
And as I said, we will update QS soon.

If you dont know how we use the components, please ask, understand and then advise.
We use the QS so that we can customize on the installed items instead of reinventing the wheel. QS is not just for beginners. It servers as a quick start base and develop and get ideas on how-to. That is the exact reason we use all your recycled templates.

Accepted AnswerI also think you should update Quickstart Pack faster. More than half of them are not updated. It causes problems with updates. Also, you don't release plugins for the latest php. It's been php 8.2 for a long time and still your add-ons are out of date. The new sp page bulider 5.0.1 is also not compatible with php 8.2. What's the logic here?

I cannot close this as it s not resolved. The topic will be closed only when the QS has been updated. Dont be too quick to sweep things under the carpet. Resolve and then close. So sorry to say Joomshaper is never in "shape". Hopefully SPPB 5.x save the day for them.

Everything in Joomshaper is out of date. To date, anything they release as updated can be assumed to be out dated. My suggestion would be to install these templates and then use the component ideas and redo them in you actual web site using the latest. I keep a site with PHP 7.4 active just for this purpose. Frankly, all their templates are recycled. Even the new ones are all recycled old ideas. They are teaching "old dogs new tricks".
I am yet to see one that has Admin Panel
